
Sales and Business Development Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our team in managing client relationships, maintaining our online presence, and contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, thinks creatively, and is proficient in various digital tools. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Clinic Management: Managing patient information and interactions through our CRM system (HubSpot), following up with lost patients, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing calls to maintain patient engagement.
- Social Media Management: Posting and managing content on social media platforms, creating visually appealing content using Canva for marketing campaigns and clinic promotions, monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assisting with the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, monitoring effectiveness, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Content Creation: Collaborating with the team to create engaging content, visuals, and materials aligned with the brand, supporting the creation of blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Website Maintenance: Maintaining clinic website content using Squarespace, ensuring information is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
- Event Planning: Organizing and planning events, workshops, and other gatherings to engage the community and promote the clinic's services.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing marketing data (website traffic, social media engagement, etc.) to support decision-making and improve strategies, tracking ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Client Support: Serving as the point of contact within the clinic for patients and team members, assisting with scheduling and other admin tasks as needed.
- Technical Support: Providing basic technical support for clinic tools, apps, and software, helping resolve issues promptly.
- Review Monitoring: Monitoring online reviews and feedback from patients, responding appropriately to maintain a positive reputation.
- Administrative Support: Scheduling personal and family appointments for the leadership team, planning travel and preparing itineraries as needed.
- Full-time employment
