Our organization seeks a skilled IT professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Developer.

About the Role

This position is focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configurations, customizations, development, enhancements, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Configuration Management, providing strategic direction and guidance for the administration, support, and maintenance of core ITSM (Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, and Request Management and CMDB), ITOM Discovery (SCCM, JAMF, Qualys) and HAM.
  • Analyze business requirements, develop conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, manage configurations in ServiceNow, and test and support the rollout of solutions.
  • Provide advanced-level assistance to ServiceNow admins for day-to-day operations/support cases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience required.
  • 6-8+ years in an IT environment with strong IT Service Management experience and a solid understanding of ITIL.
  • 5-7+ years of ServiceNow experience in administration, configurations, customizations, development, enhancements, troubleshooting, end-user support, platform updates, and maintenance.
Technical Skills
  • ServiceNow CSA certification essential.
  • Advanced ServiceNow Administration skills.
  • Strong understanding of CSDM and CMDB.
  • Experience using SDLC and/or Agile development methodology.
