Roles and Responsibilities

The Build Project Coordinator is directly responsible for the contract- and budget-based project operation results and customer satisfaction. The responsibilities, rights and interests include but are not limited to the following:

· Strictly observe the "contract-based delivery and budget execution" principle to ensure that various project delivery activities are executed according to contracts and the granted budgets.

· According to the authorization management regulations of the company, apply for authorization in time and manage workforce, funds, and properties of the project team within the scope of authorization.

· According to the resource buy & sell mechanism of the company as well as the approved project budget and delivery plan, acquire and release resources in time.

· Guarantee resources of quality management and ensure the implementation of the "4-stage and 16-step" project quality management methods in the project team.

· As the primary owner of cyber security management of the project team, organize and issue cyber security management regulations of the project team, and organize cyber security training for the project team. Manage the behaviors of project personnel (including subcontractors); implement the cyber security requirements in the project delivery process. Ensure that the project team complies with the cyber security management processes and regulations in the project delivery process, eliminate cyber security risks, and ensure that no major cyber security issue would occur in the E2E project delivery process. Support cyber security audit.

· Take internal control responsibilities for the project team, including building the internal control system, preventing corruption, applying internal controls strictly according to requirements, and be accountable for the final internal control result.

· Organize regular project meetings, monitor and supervise project operations, decide upon major project issues and key points, and urge related business departments to resolve problems and provide support required by the project.

· According to incentive methods of the company for delivery projects as well as the project operations improvement results, develop and execute the incentive plan with the help of the core project management team.

Experience

· At least 10 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry

· Be familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors. Candidates with Wireless Operator experience in managerial level are preferred.

· At least 3 years large department management experience with good track records.

· Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC Operation, Field Operation, Network Performance Management, OSP/FTTX management, OSS/IT, eTom/ITIL, TL9000, PMP etc.

Education

· Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.

Other Requirements

· Energetic and studious

· Be able to travel frequently within a short notice and work overseas

· Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.

· Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English Language and at least one local language

· Be able to accept high pressure

· Customer oriented
