We are looking for a Director of Engineering

As the Director of Engineering, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
  2. Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve the hotel's profitability.
  3. Ensuring that hotel equipment operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.
  4. Managing the budget and expenditures related to maintenance and projects.
  5. Maintaining standards and ensuring facilities comply with local regulations.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  1. Has a passion for Engineering.
  2. Possesses a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (preferably).
  3. Has relevant experience with an international hotel group.
  4. Communicates fluently in English and the local language.
  5. Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  6. Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of challenging the status quo.
  7. Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity.
  8. Is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy as a leader.
  9. Is a motivator, self-starter, and team player.
