We are seeking an experienced technical lead to oversee a global software development scrum team, building the next generation platform for a renowned organization.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in technology stack, hands-on experience leading agile development teams, and CI/CD best practice. They will also have a strong track record of people management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology solutions. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and quality engineers to deliver key aspects of the platform roadmap.

  • You will create technical designs for the team, partner with architecture and lead developers to implement solutions, and own non-functional backlog including technical debt, refactoring, component upgrades, deployment, and rollback strategy.

  • You will play an active development role on complex features, comprehend performance and usability of product in production, and ensure the product is continually refined and improved.

  • You will recruit and grow high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and development planning.

  • You will partner with product owners, architecture, and DevOps to set achievable, capacity-based roadmaps and interact with customer-facing teams to deepen understanding of customer interactions with our products.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD best practices.

  • Expertise in Microsoft cloud platforms.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
