NE Learning Inc. is a registered tutorial service catering to Korean students via phone and video class.

We are looking for a Human Resource Officer who is passionate, a multi-tasker, and willing to handle different facets of HR.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  2. FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
  3. Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications and familiarity with internet and email communications.
  4. With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Highly trainable and has ownership.
  6. Preferably residing near Manggahan, Pasig and nearby cities such as Marikina and Cainta.

All qualified applicants will undergo a minimum of one month training IN THE OFFICE with a paid allowance amounting to Php 500.00 per day before they begin the probationary period.

TASKS:

  1. End to end recruitment.
    From filtering of applicants to interviewing and assigning to the account.
    Conducting orientation & monitoring newly hired employees.
  2. Employee relations
    Inform the employees of any announcements, memos, and even disciplinary action.
    Planning of Activities for the Company.
    Conducting Profiling/Survey with the Employees.
  3. Compensation and Benefits
    Making of HR payroll data such as Attendance, Overtime & Undertime details, Government mandatory deductions, Trainee allowances, part-time payroll.
    Generating payroll summary and pay slips.
    Filing of BIR (compensation, rental, VAT).
  4. Regulation and compliance
    Process the renewal of business permit, SEC, DOLE compliance, and visa of employees.
  5. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

BENEFITS:

  1. Probationary period for 3-6 months.
  2. Monthly basic salary of Php 15,000.00 per month. (Php 750 per day)
  3. Position allowance from Php 3,000 to Php 6,000 per month.
  4. Government benefits, 13th month pay.
  5. Holiday pay.
  6. Paid leave credits upon regularization (SL/VL).
  7. Performance-based allowance up to Php 2,000/month.
  8. Yearly performance-based evaluation resulting in an increase in salary.
  9. Hybrid setup (1-2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) upon regularization.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday only (9am-6pm)
