Employee Data Management (attendance tracking, employee location monitoring, disciplinary enforcement, etc.)
Payroll Processing
Workplace Compliance (ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies)
Office Administration (inventory management, contract management, etc.)
Employee Benefits Management and Improvement
Planning and Execution of Internal Events
Government Liaison (business permits, e-gov compliance)
Post-Move Organization and Setup
Recruitment Process Planning and Execution (job postings, interviews, hiring procedures, as needed)
Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4 year course.
At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative-related work
Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel), Google Suite (Sheets)
Basic knowledge of Philippine labor law (Labor Code of the Philippines)
Experience using HR management software (e.g., Sprout HR preferred)
