We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will play a critical role in managing the recruitment process, fostering positive employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. We'd like to meet you.

He/She is also responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization, record maintenance for payroll processing, as well as providing clerical support to all employees.

Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to support the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in timekeeping, attendance, and payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Communicate with employees when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives, including company events and team-building activities.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates and updating our database to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints or grievances.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze feedback through surveys and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Assist HR Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least 3-5 years of human resource management experience preferred.
