We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an excellent job with many advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language, be highly organized, reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.

Key Responsibilities- Perform various administrative duties
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Create content for company's social media channels
- Prepare presentations as instructed
- Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, reservations)
- Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure seamless and positive experiences
- Handle sensitive information confidentially

- 1 year of experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+ download speed)
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ WPM)

Physical RequirementsThis is a sedentary role requiring long periods of sitting/standing, computer and phone use, and occasional movement around the office. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds may be required.
