Overview

Oversees the daily activities in Terminal operations.


Responsibilities
  • a) Tank Farm
    • Product Storage Tank Inventory Monitoring
    • Truck Loading Monitoring
    • Ensure availability of all supplies and materials needed particularly Government required additives for our products


  • b) Dispatch Office
    • Monitoring of Delivery Drivers, Helpers and Trucks Daily Performance
    • Reporting of truck for repair at Meycauayan Plant Maintenance Head
    • Planning / Forecasting of delivery trucks schedule based from ATL
    • Monitoring of delivery truck accreditation to Oil Depot


  • c) Monitoring of incoming Shipment / Product Importations
    • Expected date of arrival
    • Attend Ship Pre – Arrival Meeting / Pre – Discharge Meeting
    • Coordination with the Terminal about the incoming importation products
    • Coordination with Ship Agent and Broker


  • d) Monitoring of ATL
  • e) Monitoring of withdrawal to approved bulk order
  • f) Monitoring of additives (CME and Ethanol) for lifting from supplier based form our approved P.O
  • g) Product shipment/importation received from foreign vessel
    • BL vs product received by our storage tank
    • Lay time vs. Actual number of hours during operations
