  • Assist in preparation of the minutes of day-to-day toolbox meeting
  • Assist other Engineering Sections on the process of encoding/recording the execution of Corrective Maintenance (CM) records related to equipment breakdown notifications and completed CM work orders
  • Generating and Printing of work orders for Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities
  • Encoding/Recording the execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) records related to equipment preventive and condition-based maintenance and completed PM work orders
  • Encoding and assisting on material reservation and approval of parts needed for the preventive and corrective maintenance of other Engineering Maintenance Sections
  • Assist other Engineering Sections in the Preparation and Monitoring of Purchase Requests in SAP ECC for all Maintenance related purchases, activities, and R&M requirement
  • Processing and monitoring of Invoices and Requests for Payments of maintenance projects, activities and R&M requirements as support to other Engineering Sections
  • Assist in review and monitoring of equipment PM schedule
  • Closely monitor work order status and generate report
  • Assist other section with data extraction from SAP EAMS

Coordination:

  • Receives documents / billing from 3rd party vendors / suppliers for payment processing
  • Performs other documentations and administrative duties that maybe required by the superior
  • Implements document control based on the IMS and Engineering Document Control Guidelines

Learning and Development:

  • Participates in the continuous improvement of performance management programs
  • Applies knowledge, information and experience into practice

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the link between one's job responsibilities and overall organizational goal and needs
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
