About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated and hands-on Assistant Operations Managers to join our growing team. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the clubhouse facilities, managing staff schedules and performance, and coordinating with various sports and fitness departments. You will play a key part in maintaining excellent customer service standards and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives for operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the clubhouse
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance and schedules
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained and ready for members' use
- Coordinate with sports, fitness, and recreation departments for seamless service delivery
- Handle and resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly
- Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in operations, preferably in hospitality, sports, or recreation industries
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willing to work on-site at Pasig or Southwoods, Biñan locations
