Substation Supervisor

1. Supervises the daily issuance of workorders for facilities maintenance and the operation of the substations

2. Oversees and supervises the work performance of the powerplant supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure smooth flow of work

3. Maintains the records of repairs undertaken within the Terminal's power distribution facilities to serve as reference for future services

4. Recommends and executes the hiring of manpower based on the budgeted plan by overseeing the efficiency and activity of manpower daily to determine the need for additional workers

5. Plans and proposes new projects which will promote or enhance better facilities maintenance for submission to approving authorities

6. Reviews construction plans and supervises the execution of all new construction or installation projects assigned to Power Plant/Substation to ensure a smooth flow of operation

7. Shall ensure that all ICTSI's company policies are implemented and observed

8. Shall ensure that the Engineering Department's Core Values of Growth, Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity and Compassion are well observed and practiced

9. Performs administrative duties in terms of hiring, transfer, suspension, discharge, recall or discipline of erring employees in accordance with the company's policy to maintain competent, efficient, and disciplined manpower

10. Plans for the preventive and corrective facilities maintenance of the terminal all Power Plant equipment including cables, transformers, and switch gears. All in accordance with minimum requirements set by the Engineering Corporate Policy Manual (ECPM)

11. Coordinates the work execution with concerned departments/stakeholders in the terminal

12. Performs other related duties as assigned.
