Job Overview:

Lead the design, installation, and compliance of fire protection systems across construction projects. Ensure safety standards, local code adherence, and timely execution of alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems, and emergency egress. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution

o Assist in developing project scopes, timelines, and resource plans.

o Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution.

o Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

  • Technical Oversight

o Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

o Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

o Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

  • Stakeholder Coordination

o Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and align expectations.

o Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation.

  • Quality & Compliance

o Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control.

o Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

o Ensure all activities comply with legal, environmental, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

  • At least 1 year of experience in project engineering or construction field.

  • Preferably with knowledge in fire life safety.

  • Proficiency in MS office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD,)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across the team
