Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects specializing in Fire Life Safety and Fire Protection systems. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage all phases of construction projects—from planning and execution to completion—while ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage fire life safety/fire protection projects from initiation to completion.

Oversee day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.

Ensure compliance with local and international fire protection codes, standards, and regulations.

Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Conduct site inspections to ensure project quality, safety, and adherence to approved plans.

Manage project risks, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Lead and mentor project team members to drive performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in fire life safety and fire protection systems.

Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, fire protection standards, and local building regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite, AutoCAD etc .

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent in Fire Protection Engineering) are an advantage.

Must know how to drive 4 wheels car.

Willing to assigned in Sta Rosa Laguna
