Overview: We are seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to support our end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Source passive candidates through creative channels, such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate assessments and hiring manager interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS.
  • Provide excellent communication and follow-through to ensure a stellar candidate experience.
  • Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in US-based roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment is an asset.
  • Familiarity with US hiring practices and market expectations.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Willingness to work on a US-shift schedule.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
