Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Posting open positions and requirements to available job portals.
  • Sourcing candidates using job portals and preparing shortlists for hiring manager interviews.
  • Reviewing and assessing candidates' suitability for required positions.
  • Conducting virtual interviews.
  • Performing background checks.
  • Facilitating the job offer process and negotiating employment terms.
  • Managing onboarding and the new hire process.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
  • One year of experience in end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under minimum supervision.
