You will work closely with the Global Learning and Development Manager to ensure our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the company's objectives.**Position Responsibilities*** Assist in the development and implementation of effective training programs and initiatives.* Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.* Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.* Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional techniques. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback and analyzing performance metrics.* Collaborate with department managers to identify training opportunities and align programs with business objectives.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.* Proven experience in training and development or a related role.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Proficiency in training design and facilitation, with a focus on interactive and learner-centered approaches.* Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.**When you join our team:**
