The Learning and Development Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development initiatives across the organization. This role provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth delivery of L&D programs, helping employees enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, preparation, and coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Handle logistics for training sessions (venue setup, invitations, materials, and equipment).
  • Maintain training records, attendance sheets, evaluations, and reports.
  • Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning aids.
  • Communicate training schedules and reminders to participants.
  • Collect feedback and prepare post-training evaluation summaries.
  • Help monitor learning and development budgets, expenses, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide administrative support in employee learning paths, certifications, and e-learning platforms.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement and development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on learning and development trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology
  • At least 1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-learning platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
