Job Description
- Own and grow the entire e-commerce and e-distribution business as the brand key account manager.
- Drive brand performance on third-party online marketplaces and manage brand stores.
- Responsible for brand P&L, budgeting, and marketing campaigns to optimize brand achievement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize store operations and business efficiency, including warehouse, finance, marketing, data science, and external teams.
- Develop pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies.
- Report data and present to key stakeholders.
- Conduct demand planning, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Develop processes and tools to enhance scalability across markets.

Qualifications include excellent analytical skills, experience in eCommerce and beauty industry, strong communication, proactivity, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
