The Role

We're looking for a driven and creative
Digital Marketing Associate
to help us grow our online presence, manage creator partnerships, and optimize e-commerce performance. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with the marketing team and see your ideas directly influence brand growth and sales.

What You'll Do

  • Creator Acquisition & Management
    – Find, onboard, and manage content creators and affiliates, matching them to the right campaigns and tracking performance.
  • E-Commerce Performance Monitoring
    – Track daily sales and campaign results across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms; flag issues and opportunities.
  • Content Strategy & Insights
    – Analyze creator content to identify trends and recommend messaging improvements for stronger engagement and conversions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
