Full Stack E-Commerce Professional

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Full Stack E-Commerce Professional. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the website's operations to ensure seamless user experience, including development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly while assisting with product selections, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance product listings and content by providing detailed descriptions, visual aids, and specifications, effectively showcasing products and driving sales.
  • Foster relationships with content creators, influencers, and complementary businesses, identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional strategies, leveraging data insights and industry trends to inform decisions.
  • Determine pricing strategies based on market analysis and sales objectives, balancing revenue goals with customer value.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure stock availability and timely delivery, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.
  • Create and manage PPC advertisement campaigns, engaging with audiences on social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website upkeep, and associated sectors, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content, product, and inventory management, with expertise in operating Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a minimum B2 proficiency level.
  • Strong abilities in copywriting and editing, with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to content creation.
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics for project management and reporting purposes, with a solid understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  • Well-versed with MS Office, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in data manipulation and visualization.
