Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Are you a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant looking for a challenging role that leverages your technical e-commerce support skills? We are seeking an experienced candidate to drive efficient hiring processes from full-cycle recruiting to ops.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters using email marketing tools.
  • Incorporate graphics using design templates and adapt them in Adobe Photoshop for custom visuals.
  • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency.
  • Track metrics and provide feedback for ongoing optimization.


Core Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Shopify Product Support: Upload new products with multiple variants, write/edit SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles, maintain page formatting, and support collection cleanup.
  • Graphic Design & Visual Support: Edit product and marketing images, repurpose Canva assets into custom email graphics or product visuals, and assist with basic photo editing.
  • Project & Task Management: Use project management tools to manage and update daily tasks, communicate regularly via team collaboration software, and coordinate with the team on shifting task priorities and timelines.
  • Digital Marketing Support (As Needed): Provide light support in Facebook Ads and Google Ads, upload creatives, prepare drafts, and collaborate on future growth marketing projects.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using email marketing tools.
  • Comfortable working with design templates and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics.
  • Able to follow brand guidelines and meet strict email publishing deadlines.
  • Strong experience with Shopify - uploading products, creating product pages, and writing/editing SEO-optimized descriptions.
  • Familiar with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent.
  • Experience using project management tools to manage day-to-day tasks.
  • Prior DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to regularly report on progress and flag bandwidth concerns.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (light campaign support).
  • Familiarity with collaborative design projects.
