The LFSApps and FMIS Program Support task involves system-level support for two financial management information systems—LFSApps and FMIS. Responsibilities include maintaining system security, managing configuration control boards, supporting users, and updating documentation, all at the SECRET classification level.

Required Skills
  • Configuration Management & Change Control
  • Host Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) to oversee development cycles and system changes
  • System Access & User Support, including rights administration and troubleshooting
  • Help Desk support for 50–100 users weekly during standard hours
  • Documentation and Process Tracking to ensure quality, continuity, and knowledge retention
Desired Skills
  • System Maintenance & Security Updates
  • Perform routine maintenance and security patching
  • Risk Management Framework (RMF) Compliance, updating accreditation packages
  • Application Modifications, including system and application enhancements

Salary range: $76,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and location. Position includes comprehensive benefits. We are an E-Verify Employer.
