Logistics Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

The Logistics Accounting Analyst will be responsible for auditing UPS/FedEx invoices to identify billing errors, overcharges, and discrepancies. They will review software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. Additionally, they will investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit UPS/FedEx invoices for billing errors and discrepancies.
  • Review software systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed reports of audit findings with actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven accounting experience in logistics or warehousing is required. The ideal candidate will have auditing, invoicing, and data analysis expertise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, as well as attention to detail. Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems and proficiency in auditing tools and software are also essential.
