Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to grow ASUS phone business.
- Plan and implement go-to-market plans in Philippines, including logistics, marketing and product enablement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing channel partners through consistent communication and exceptional service, including partner visits, dealer planning, inventory and run rate management.
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reporting and updates to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new growth areas.
- Assist in planning, formulating, and executing comprehensive marketing and communication initiatives to promote ASUS phone business in the market.
- Supervise all marketing communication & product messages via online/offline marketing.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies on different platforms, including but not limited to EDM and social media.
- Supervise PR events and execute PR seeding and co-op campaigns with various media and influencers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with media and agency partners on marketing activities.
- Regular market and store visits to ensure offline marketing campaigns, POP, and POSM are in place.
- Monitor and prepare reporting on campaign effectiveness to handle immediate actions & optimize future initiatives.
- Monitor competitors' marketing campaigns, industry trends and prepare performance reports.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Able to work independently and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently, good eye for detail, analytical, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic professional with experience in brand sales and marketing, activation, and public relations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
