As a Purchasing Associate at Frankie General Store, you will play a crucial role in handling supplier management and purchasing, maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Monday to Saturday, 9:00-6:00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Supplier Management and Purchasing
    - Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for office and operational needs, renovations, and improvements.
    - Ensure timely delivery of materials and services needed for store needs, renovations, working closely with the Inventory Manager.
  2. Transfer and Management of Storage Center
    - Document all Stock in Storage Center with Photos.
    - Arrange the moving of all unnecessary items from the office.
  3. Inventory Management
    - Assist in managing and organizing office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are in stock and properly stored.
    - Work directly with the Inventory Manager to track and manage stock levels, reorder supplies, and maintain accurate records.
    - Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, ensuring a tidy and functional workspace for all employees.
    - Regularly clear and organize office spaces, including storage areas, to optimize efficiency.
  4. Support Operations
    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that office and inventory needs are met efficiently.
    - Assist in managing the flow of goods and supplies to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year experience as a purchasing/logistics officer
  • Knowledgeable in purchasing/supplier management
  • Highly organized and keen to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can start as soon as possible (End of March - 1st week of April)
