The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general accounting tasks, sourcing suppliers, and organizing receipts, while maintaining updated records and internal databases.

Responsibilities
  • Verify purchase orders and billings.
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
  • Source possible suppliers for materials and/or equipment.
  • Manage the inflow and outflow of assigned admin budget.
  • Organize, segregate, and encode receipts to the system.
  • Maintain updated records and internal databases.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
