Customer Care Officer

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Customer Care Officer is responsible for building positive client interactions and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that client complaints are resolved promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products or services offered by the company.
- Adhere to quality standards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer service department.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Prior experience with customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Sales or upselling experience.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess and resolve customer issues.
- Experience with CRM systems, customer databases, and other customer service-related software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
- May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on the company's operational hours.
