JOB PURPOSE

To support business units of Landers Superstores by providing meaningful and timely financial reports, ensuring data integrity and financially sound decision-making.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reports and align business unit metrics performance.

    • Assists AVP & Financial reporting head in the preparation and presentation of relevant financial reports.

      • Assists in the development of financial models for specific business areas identified by management.

        • Coordinates with departments to monitor priority areas and ensure the reporting of relevant information timely and accurately.

          • Provides support to the budgeting process and monitoring of resource utilization of the assigned business unit.

            • Aligns with business unit managers and assist in the preparation of forecasts for presentation to management.

              • Manages and maintain databases used for reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Educational Attainment

Bachelors/College Degree in Management accounting/Accountancy/Financial management

Experience:

  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in financial report and/or management reporting

  • Able to navigate through standard reports of SAP ECC

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Fluent spoken and written English

  • Excellent communication both oral and written, with strong interpersonal skills.

    • Attention to details with good analytical skills.

      • Good "people skills" for building relationships with colleagues at all levels.

        • High level of professionalism.

          • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
