Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities

Lead the charge in revolutionizing English and Language Arts education by leveraging AI-driven analytics to achieve unprecedented learning acceleration. Your mission: double the speed of skill acquisition across reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis while maintaining exceptional quality standards within our innovative 2 Hour Learning framework.

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor\'s degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
• Bring 3+ years of battle-tested experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with concrete evidence of driving student success
• Possess foundational coding capabilities in any programming language
• Show hands-on experience with AI systems in educational contexts
• Demonstrate exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to transform insights into action
• Excel in communication, capable of making complex language concepts accessible to diverse audiences

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
