Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities

Lead the charge in revolutionizing English and Language Arts education by leveraging AI-powered analysis and implementation strategies. Your mission: double the speed of skill acquisition across reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis while maintaining educational excellence within our innovative 2 Hour Learning framework.

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
• Bring 3+ years of impactful experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development
• Possess fundamental coding knowledge in any programming language
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI systems in educational contexts
• Show proven ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets
• Excel in communication, capable of making complex concepts accessible to diverse audiences

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
