Responsibilities
  • Create engaging web interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
  • Design cohesive website layouts, including homepages and landing pages
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
  • Ensure designs are user-centric and optimized for responsiveness across devices
  • Maintain brand consistency by aligning web designs with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and test designs accurately
  • Monitor website performance and conduct usability testing for continuous improvement
  • Ad hoc graphic design (infographics, decks, social media ads, etc.)
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in web design, with a strong focus on using Figma
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe XD or Figma for designing wireframes for CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
  • Experience in Webflow is a plus
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs based on input
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Good oral and verbal communication skills
  • Recent experience working in US office hours

Location: Metro Manila

Salary: ₱ 70,000 – 95,000
