Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor/Supervisor with at least 3 years of solid HR experience and proven people management skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, advising employees and managers on HR policies, and supervising HR team members to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Supervise and support HR team members in daily operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
  • Partner with department heads to address workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Handle employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Lead HR projects such as policy updates, training programs, and process improvements
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making
  • Support disciplinary and grievance procedures in alignment with company standards
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
