Practical Information:

As the Inside Sales Account Manager, you will grow the Australian market by building channel partner relationships, promoting Crayon's values, and driving revenue through strategic account management. This role requires market expertise, strong communication skills, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to achieve goals.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, meeting pipeline and forecast goals by applying a consultative selling approach to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to acquire, retain, and grow accounts or territories through phone and virtual engagements.
  • Leverage CRM tools to optimize sales and marketing activities by executing targeted outbound campaigns that enhance partner engagement, promote initiatives, and generate new leads.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the partner network and drive overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with key Crayon stakeholders—including sales, pre-sales, and marketing—to create and implement a territory-specific business plan.
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with exposure to cloud, software, or subscription-based models.
  • A proven track record as a business development, inside/field sales representative, or services sales professional, with experience working independently and within indirect or channel sales teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a demonstrated history of achieving sales success.
