Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, sell home maintenance services, and maintain client accounts while achieving sales goals through a consultative approach. This role demands strong communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and a proactive sales mindset, with experience in sales, customer service, or related industries.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift; Mon - Fri, 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM (Weekends Off)

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales, home services, or customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high call volumes.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset and a strong desire to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in service-based industries, particularly inside sales, customer service, or property management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Prior experience managing a sales pipeline and handling customer objections professionally.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and consultative selling techniques.

Your Daily Tasks

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally and promptly, providing detailed information about services.
  • Make outbound warm calls to potential customers, nurturing relationships and promoting company services.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and follow-through.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, tracking progress toward revenue goals.

Quoting & Account Management

  • Prepare and process service agreements accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Input and manage customer agreements, maintaining data accuracy and completeness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers.
  • Maintain ownership of customer accounts for up to three months after initial contact to ensure service completion.

Billing & Collection Support

  • Assist with payment collection for unpaid accounts when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve payment concerns.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions related to sales and collections.

Administrative & Compliance Tasks

  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and sales strategies.
  • Adhere to all sales compliance policies to maintain integrity and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and billing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
