Role Summary
The HR Director at Pick.A.Roo is not just a leader in Human Resources but a key architect of our people and culture—fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and fun-loving team that is deeply connected to our mission and vision. Reporting directly to the President & COO, you will lead the transformation of HR into a culture-driven powerhouse that champions accountability, innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, kindness, and joy in everything we do.

• Work closely with the COO and leadership team to align people strategies with business growth, ensuring that our employees are at the heart of our success.
• Lead and inspire the HR team to become champions of culture, innovation, and employee happiness.
• Act as a trusted advisor, fostering open communication, trust, and a people-first mindset across the organization.
Key Qualifications
• Proven track record as an HR leader, with experience in driving culture transformation, talent development, and high-performance team building.
• Strong expertise in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
• Passion for people, culture, and purpose-driven leadership, with a hands-on approach to making work a fulfilling experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of aligning HR initiatives with company objectives.
• Experience working in fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or tech-driven environments is a plus.
