Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:


• Manage multiple clinic projects from conceptualization through closeout


• Lead coordination of design teams, consultants, contractors, and in-house workers


• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are met

Stakeholder Management:


• Conduct regular meetings with business leaders, and healthcare staff to align project goals


• Act as primary point of contact for architecture-related project issues and decisions

Design & Regulatory Compliance:


• Oversee preparation of architectural plans and construction documents


• Ensure all clinic designs meet relevant building codes, healthcare regulations (e.g., ADA, local health codes), and company standards


• Manage permitting processes and facilitate required inspections

Budget & Cost Control:


• Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates


• Track expenses, approve invoices, and handle value engineering as necessary

Quality & Safety:


• Coordinate site inspections and implement quality control measures


• Ensure project sites adhere to occupational health and safety regulations


• Reporting & Risk Management:


• Maintain clear project documentation, track progress, and generate status reports for leadership


• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
