Virtual Assistant

We're hiring Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support administrative tasks in a flexible remote setup. This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency. You'll assist with routine tasks, data entry, and document handling while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative and data entry tasks using Excel and Word
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across assigned duties
- Communicate effectively with the team during scheduled hours
- Ensure timely completion of tasks between Monday and Wednesday
Mon–Tue 8AM–4PM, Wed 8AM–3PM CST
Mon–Tue 9PM –5AM (next day) PHT
Wed 9PM – 4AM (next day) PHT
Qualifications- Minimum 6 months of Virtual Assistant or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free workspace
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability in CST during training period
