The Occupational Health Nurse is primarily responsible in promoting health and wellness program in the assigned port. This function is also in charge of promoting good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.
Qualifications:
– A bachelor's degree in Nursing.
– A professional license in Nursing, preferably with an OHNAP/BOSH certification.
– At least 2 years of work experience as a nurse, clinic nurse, or company nurse.
– Knowledge of legal health and safety guidelines under DOLE-OSH standards.
–Excellent workplace knowledge and skills in emergency healthcare-related issues.
– Ethics and confidentiality.
– Comprehensive training in Occupational Health & Safety.
