Restaurant Systems Officer

The Restaurant Systems Officer creates and operationalizes restaurant operation systems to enhance customer experience. S/he identifies areas for improvement and suggests solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops process workflows, flow charts, and reports to facilitate correct actions.
  • Documents policies, procedures, and processes to improve store operations.
  • Creates a system of continuous improvement for restaurant operations.
  • Designs standard operating procedures that are easy to follow and replicable.
  • Recommends permanent solutions before implementation.
  • Compiles and aligns company processes related to restaurant operations.
  • Covers cross-functional departments and stakeholders for streamlined store openings.
  • Conducts store visits and validation audits on implemented processes.
  • Ensures accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Provides assistance and answers inquiries related to restaurant systems.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Provides training to implement process improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a process improvement officer in restaurant operations or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willinngness to do field work.
  • Ability to be assigned to our corporate office.
