Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes the different personal loan product management plans and various sound marketing strategies to achieve Top Line, Bottom Line, and Market Share targets.
  • Conceptualizes and formulates marketing and business strategies.
  • Creates programs that will marry other bank products with personal loans to entice clients to acquire multiple products (i.e., product bundles).
  • Manages the production of all publicity materials in collaboration with CLC Marketing and Bank Marketing to maximize brand promotion.
  • Prepares and endorses for approval various customer communication materials and ensures adherence to the Bank's branding guidelines and necessary regulatory requirements.
  • Improves on existing products, product features, alternative distribution channels, and customer experience.
  • Executes approved marketing and business strategies within agreed timelines.
  • Establishes agreements with other Bank units to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs.
  • Recommends strategic alliances with external partners for mutually beneficial business objectives.
  • Manages program budgets aligned with operational efficiency metrics.
  • Resolves or endorses for approval customer requests within TAT.

What we're looking for:

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in Sales and/or Marketing, Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, or Finance/Accounting/Banking with a strong marketing background.
  • Preferably 1 year as a Marketing Officer.
