Associate Systems Engineer, Workforce Access Management – Canva

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. This role focuses on delivering Access Management services to empower Canvanauts.

What You'd Be Doing In This Role
  • You'll be the first point of contact for Access Management tickets raised in our IT Service Desk
  • Bring a customer-first approach to Access Management, ensuring SLA's are followed while delivering exceptional service
  • Implement Access Management Controls on new and existing Third-Party SaaS systems (SSO, Authentication, Authorisation, Role-Based Access, Identity Lifecycle, User Access reviews)
  • Write clear and comprehensive documentation, and share knowledge with the team
  • Work with the team to escalate problems to the appropriate staff
You're Probably a Match If
  • At least 2 years of experience in Okta administration, preferably across Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication, Access Control, Authorisation, or Access Requests
  • Confidence configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, including SSO and MFA
  • Technical knowledge of app integration protocols such as SCIM, SAML, and OIDC
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, ideally within a fast-paced or enterprise environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Data-driven approach to identify trends, surface problem areas, and prioritise improvements
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
