The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional retail experience to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and contributing to the overall success of our store located in Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering knowledgeable product recommendations Maintain neat, organised, and visually appealing product displays to create an inviting shopping environment Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting sales targets and actively participating in promotional activities

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport Excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management practices Energetic, adaptable, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience
