Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage inquiries over phone/emails
- Receive and process requests/issues
- Ensure proper documentation
- Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify the issue and ensure resolution
- Troubleshoot various systems/servers/workstations
- Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management
