Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to fill this position.

  • Responsibilities include opening, logging, prioritizing, assigning and closing tickets in the IT Service Desk.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • They will query the user for relevant information regarding the call or issue reported by the user.
  • Attempt to resolve inquiries while on the telephone to meet the agreed upon Service Level for First Call Resolution.
  • Reroute misdirected calls as necessary.
  • Evidence of strong decision-making skills is required to succeed in this role.

  • Collaborate with support teams and peers to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Previous experience working in an IT Service Desk environment
