The VISIBILITY MANAGER is responsible for the conceptualization, development, evaluation, continuous improvement, analysis and governance of all TMG HQ-initiated STRATEGIC VISIBILITY programs such as but not limited to Retailer and Non-Retailer Merchandising, Roving and Events Merchandisers, Airports/Seaports penetration, etc., while closely coordinating with Regional Trade Marketing (RTM) representatives for implementation and compliance.
Heavily involved in strategic planning while collaborating with RTMs, field sales personnel and third-party agencies to (1) increase brand/product visibility, (2) improve brand health (brand awareness, usage, brand positioning and performance) and (3) achieve subscriber acquisition and revenue targets by increasing transactions in on-ground sales channels based on the overall top-line direction from Trade Marketing Head as aligned with brand and branch roadmap.
FunctionsOverall, assists the Trade Marketing Group (TMG) Head in increasing VISIBILITY, contribute on the improvement of BRAND HEALTH and support field sales in the ACHIEVEMENT OF SUBSCRIBER ACQUISITION and REVENUE TARGETS for DITO Telecommunity Brand/Products thru merchandising.
Responsibilities- Visibility Program Development and Operations: Creates a full year calendar of Visibility programs and set up framework/execution templates as aligned with stakeholders and overall top-line directions of the Trade Marketing Group following brand and marketing guidelines, products/services roadmap.
- Visibility Program Management: Set the Vision and Strategies for Trade Marketing Visibility Programs; Develop, Implement, and Evaluate Visibility Programs; Assess existing and identify opportunities for improvement to scale Visibility efforts in the mid to long-term setup.
- Budget and KPI Management: Creation, tracking and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual Budget and Metric Status Reports to the TMG Head, including Retailer Store Signage / Merchandising impact on SIM Activations, TopUp, Promo Subscriptions from Sari-Sari Stores and Brand Health Tracking Results per region, per month. Provides and reports analysis on monthly, quarterly and annual total consolidated and regional budget forecast, cash flow, accruals, payables and budget consumption related to visibility programs.
- Inter-Department / Cross-Functional Coordination: End-to-End Direct Coordination, Documentation and Processing of Visibility Program requirements with internal groups (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, SPA, IT, Channels and other related groups).
- Vendor Management: Regularly monitors RTMs and Third-Party Agencies coordination and management for Sari-Sari Store merchandising, Retailer and Non-Retailer signages executions. Monitors Installation Rate (vs produced), Productivity Rate (vs target stores merchandised) and adherence to guidelines. Provides monthly report of installation and productivity rate of TPAs to TMG head and relevant updates.
- Inventory: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual consolidation of Visibility program progress/updates; Provides consolidated monthly report of implementation status (quantity, quality, budget consumption, payables).
- Retailer Merchandising: Ensures Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitoring and checks of Third-Party Agency Activities and Retailer Merchandising Drills per DTO guidelines; Provides consolidated monthly report of status.
- Non-Trad Merchandising: Guides and assists Regional Trade Marketing Managers and Specialists with allocated Non-Trad Merchandising; Provides consolidated monthly report of achievement vs targets and any issues.
- Competitor Check/Research: Quarterly reports on competitor updates and best practices; Provides consolidated quarterly reports of competitor trade activities related to merchandising.
- People Management: Ensures compliance of Regional Trade Marketing representatives with TMG strategic programs for regional implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Oversees weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual stakeholder discussions and coordination on the TMG regional roadmap and KPI status.
- Documentation/Reports/Analytics: Produces monthly, quarterly and annual summaries of Budget, Payables, Visibility and Revenue Target Tracking, Merchandising installation/productivity reports, Post Campaign Reports, Promo Work Plans, Purchase Requests/Orders, Competitor Activity checks and Visibility Program impact metrics.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or relevant field
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing compelling awareness, strategic partnerships and on-ground activation programs

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
