Overview

The
VISIBILITY MANAGER
is responsible for the
c
onceptualization
,
development,
evaluation
,
continuous improvement, analysis
and
governance,
of all
TMG HQ-initiated STRATEGIC VISIBILITY programs
such as but not limited to
Retailer and Non-Retailer Merchandising, Roving and Events Merchandisers, Airports/Seaports penetration, etc.
while closely coordinating with Regional Trade Marketing (RTM) representatives for implementation and compliance.

Heavily involved in strategic planning while
collaborating with RTMs, field sales personnel and third-party agencies to
(1) increase brand/product visibility, (2) improve brand health
(brand awareness, usage, brand positioning and performance) and
(3) achieve subscriber acquisition and revenue targets
by increasing transactions in on-ground sales
channels based on the overall top-line direction from Trade Marketing Head as aligned with brand and branch roadmap.

Functions

Overall,
assists the Trade Marketing Group (TMG) Head in
increasing VISIBILITY
, contribute on the
improvement of BRAND HEALTH
and
support field sales
in the
ACHIEVEMENT OF SUBSCRIBER ACQUISITION
and
REVENUE TARGETS
for DITO Telecommunity Brand/Products thru merchandising.

1. Visibility Program Development and Operations:
Creates a full year calendar of Visibility programs and set up framework/execution templates as aligned with stakeholders and overall top-line directions of the Trade Marketing Group following brand and marketing guidelines, products/services roadmap.

  • Set the Vision and Strategies for Trade Marketing Visibility Programs
  • Develop, Implement, and Evaluate Visibility Programs
  • Assess existing and identify opportunities for improvement to scale our Visibility efforts in the mid to long-term set-up.

2. Budget and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management:
Creation, tracking and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual Budget and Metric Status Report to TMG Head, for consolidation and approval. This includes but are not limited to Retailer Store Signage / Merchandising impact on SIM Activations, TopUp, Promo Subscriptions from Sari-Sari Stores and Brand Health Tracking Results per region, per month.
Provides and reports analysis on monthly, quarterly and annual total consolidated and regional budget forecast, cash flow, accruals, payables and budget consumption related to visibility programs.

3. Inter-Department / Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
End-to-End Direct Coordination, Documentation and Processing of Visibility Program requirements with various internal groups from Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Sales Process Automation (SPA), Information Technology (IT), Channels (General Trade, eChannels, Modern Trade, DITO Experience Stores) and other related groups

4. Vendor Management:
Regularly monitors RTMs and Third-Party Agencies coordination and management for Sari-Sari Store merchandising, Retailer and Non-Retailer signages executions. Closely monitors
Installation Rate
(vs produced, deployed merchandising materials),
Productivity Rate
(vs. target number of stores merchandised) and adherence to the DITO Merchandising Installation Guidelines on retailers, sales blitzes, events.
Provides monthly report of installation and productivity rate of TPAs to TMG head as key metrics, as well as other concerns, pertinent updates related to TPAs.

5. Inventory:
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual consolidation of Visibility program progress/updates as aligned with RTMs.
Provides consolidated monthly report of Visibility program implementation status in terms of quantity, quality of installed merchandising materials, budget consumption, payables, the TMG Head and top management.

6. Retailer Merchandising:
Ensures Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Monitoring and Check Up of Third-Party Agency Activities and Retailer Merchandising Drills are properly executed based on DTO agreed guidelines / standards.
Provides consolidated monthly report of retailer merchandising status in terms of installation and productivity rate.

7. Non-Trad Merchandising:
Ensures, Guides and Assists Regional Trade Marketing Managers and Specialists complete its allocated Non-Trad Merchandising based on budget.
Provides consolidated monthly report of trade marketing operations specialists achievement vs. targets per month per cluster and annual, nationwide as well as issues and concerns, if any.

8. Competitor Check/Research:
Quarterly Reports on competitor updates, local and international best practices/insights on Visibility programs from telecommunications organizations or brands under FMCG and other related industries.
Provides consolidated quarterly reports of competitor trade activities related to merchandising best practices, insights from industry related brands/organizations both local and international.

9. People Management:
Ensure compliance of Regional Trade Marketing representatives focusing on TMG strategic programs for implementation on top of tactical visibility efforts that are unique per region.

10. Stakeholder Management:
Ensures weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual stakeholder discussion and coordination on the TMG regional roadmap, KPI status and other related items.

11. Documentations/Reports/Analytics:
Documentations and Reports include, but are not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual summary of Budget, Payables, Visibility and Revenue Target Tracking, Retailer and Non-Retailer Merchandising Installation and Productivity Rate by Third Party Merchandisers, Post Campaign Reports, Concept Decks and Promo Work Plans, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Competitor Activity Check, Visibility Program Impact on SIM Activations, TopUp, Promo Subscriptions, BUs (Business Reviews), MBAs (Month Business Analysis), Analytics, etc.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing compelling awareness, strategic partnerships and on-ground activation programs.

  • Familiarity with B2B, B2C Marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
