Job Title

Develop and execute strategic visibility programs to increase brand/product awareness, improve brand health, and achieve subscriber acquisition and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop annual calendars of visibility programs with framework/execution templates aligned with stakeholders and top-line directions.
  • Manage visibility programs from vision to strategy development, implementation, evaluation, and assessment of opportunities for improvement.
  • Track budget and metric status reports, including retailer store signage/merchandising impact on SIM activations, TopUp, Promo Subscriptions, and brand health tracking results.
  • Collaborate with internal groups, vendors, and third-party agencies to ensure successful program execution.
  • Monitor and analyze vendor performance, providing regular updates to the TMG Head.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of visibility program progress and implementation status.
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly monitoring and checks of third-party agency activities and retailer merchandising drills.
  • Guide regional trade marketing managers and specialists with allocated non-traditional merchandising.
  • Conduct quarterly competitor checks/research and provide consolidated quarterly reports of competitor trade activities.
  • Ensure compliance of regional trade marketing representatives with TMG strategic programs.
  • Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual stakeholder discussions and coordination on the TMG regional roadmap and KPI status.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field, preferably with FMCG/Telco experience.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing awareness, strategic partnerships, and on-ground activation programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
