We're looking for a Project Manager who excels in overseeing project operations, ensuring high standards of delivery, and achieving the company's annual revenue and profitability targets.

What you'll do:

  • Liaises with sales, quality assurance, and other departments to obtain necessary information from defined project start-up requirements.
  • Monitors short and long-term goals of strategic projects.
  • Tracks deliverables and milestones related to their successful implementation and roll-out.
  • Ensures optimal communication for project success.
  • Continuously determine ways to improve profitability, quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
  • Ensures operational readiness criteria are met to guarantee production stability.
  • Manages direct and indirect reports.
  • Motivates, coaches, and develops whenever necessary and possible.
  • Compliance with Information Security roles and responsibilities as defined by the organization.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience leading multiple project deliveries
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Demonstrates adaptability, creativity, and ethical leadership
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Willing to work onsite at the Mandaue office
